 The Innovation School will hire a team of experienced and dedicated staff and faculty passionate about experiential education and innovation. We will base our teachers on the premise of ‘Inspire, Create, and Innovate.’

All teachers will go through the most extensive professional development training prior to starting work at the Innovation School. All faculty members will be extremely well compensated and given work perks to retain the top talent in the countries we open in.

 As we expand internationally, the Innovation School will play a major role in teacher training for alternative education and will be able to retain top talent globally to teach in our schools. Teachers can travel between campuses and countries to gain local experience across different cultural contexts.
