Funding & Revenue

Our financial projections are based on our estimated startup costs and projected enrollment for the first five years. We anticipate that our startup costs will be approximately $4.5MM, including the cost of renting a facility, purchasing equipment, hiring staff, and paying our participating Leadership Anchor ( Carlos Ghosn ) in this case.

Our projected enrollment for the first year is 30 students, with an average tuition fee of $12,000 per student. Based on these projections, we expect to break even by the third year of operation and generate a profit by the fifth year.

As we will be documenting and building our educational model manuals, ranging from design, technology, course outlines, and curriculum to masterclasses and strategic company partnerships, we will be actively fine-tuning every aspect of the operations as the first Innovation School pilot school. We will test our proof of concept for one year in Beirut and then look for investors to open in the GCC, starting with Dubai and Riyadh. We plan to open 5 Innovation Schools within the first three years of our expansion phase.
